Coastal specification
Coastal garage doors built for the Monterey Peninsula.
Salt air is the toughest test we install for. In Monterey, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Carmel, Seaside, Marina, and Capitola, coastal homes corrode standard zinc-plated hardware in a few seasons. We spec hot-dip galvanized or stainless hardware end to end, salt-tolerant bottom seals, and either aluminum full-view or heavily protected steel doors. It costs slightly more up front and saves you a complete teardown five years from now.

How fast can you get to my house?
Most calls placed before noon are handled the same day across Hollister, Salinas, Monterey, Gilroy, and Morgan Hill. Coastal Monterey Peninsula calls usually go out next business day when possible.
Are you licensed for both residential and commercial work?
Yes - we hold California CSLB #726934 in classifications C-61/D-28 (Doors, Gates & Activating Devices), which covers residential, commercial, and industrial doors. One company, one license, one standard of work across all three.

Do you service garage doors other companies installed?
Almost always, yes. We service every common residential brand and most legacy commercial doors. If parts are still available, we can usually keep it running.
What's your warranty?
Manufacturer warranty on the door and opener (terms vary by product - typically 10 years to lifetime on the door, 5-10 years on the opener), plus a 1-year labor warranty on our work.
Do you handle coastal salt-air corrosion?
