What our tune-up covers

Door balance and spring tension check, cable inspection, roller and hinge inspection and replacement of any worn parts, track alignment, hardware tightening, lubrication of all moving points with the correct lubricant (never WD-40 - it strips lubricant), weather seal inspection, opener force and limit verification, photo-eye alignment, and the safety auto-reverse test.

Coastal homes need it more often

Salt air corrodes rollers, hinges, springs, and bottom hardware significantly faster than inland air. For homes in Monterey, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Carmel, Seaside, Marina, and Capitola we recommend service every 12 months and often catch a corroded part before it strands the door.
