Operators built for heavy duty cycles

Residential opener motors fail fast on industrial duty cycles. We spec LiftMaster Commercial and equivalent operators with the right horsepower, gear reduction, and start-rating for the door’s actual cycles per day.

Drop testing and OSHA compliance

Fire-rated rolling doors and many industrial doors require annual drop testing under NFPA 80 and OSHA. We perform drop tests, document the results, and reset the door - keeping the building compliant and the door safe.
