“Had a problem with our opener rail and another broken hinge. Great service with nice workmen who serviced the whole door too. Very happy.”

Backed in writing. Honored in person.
Every install and repair we perform carries a 1-year labor warranty, on top of the manufacturer warranty on the door, opener, or operator we installed. Family owned and operated since 1996 - if there's a problem, you call us and a real person picks up.
What’s covered
Two layers of coverage on every job: our workmanship, and the manufacturer’s parts. Both are documented in writing at the time of install or repair so you know exactly what you’re holding.
Every install and repair carries a 1-year labor warranty. If a part we installed fails because of how it was installed, adjusted, or tensioned, we come back and make it right at no labor charge.
Most insulated steel residential doors carry 10-year to lifetime warranties on the panel, finish, and hardware - terms vary by product. We hand you the manufacturer document at install.
LiftMaster openers typically carry a 5-year motor and 1-year accessory warranty, with longer terms on Elite-series motors and belt drives. We register the warranty with the manufacturer.
Springs are warrantied by cycle count, not calendar time - 10,000 cycles standard, 15,000-20,000+ on high-cycle upgrades. Installed in matched pairs so cycle life stays balanced.
LiftMaster, FAAC, and HySecurity gate operators carry manufacturer warranties of 1-5 years on the motor and controller depending on model. UL 325 safety devices are warrantied per manufacturer.
Commercial sectional, rolling-steel, and fire-rated doors carry manufacturer warranties per the product spec. Property-manager maintenance clients receive written reports after every visit.
How to make a warranty claim
Simple, by design. We keep your install record on file so claims don’t require you to dig up paperwork.
- 1.Call us or send the form.
Call (831) 636-2904 or use the Free Estimate form with “warranty claim” in the message. Tell us what the door is doing.
- 2.We pull your record.
We have the install date, the door and opener spec, the spring sizing, and the technician notes on file. You don’t have to find anything.
- 3.We schedule the visit.
Most warranty visits go out on the next available appointment slot - usually same-week, often next-day.
- 4.We handle the manufacturer side.
Where the manufacturer covers a part, we file the claim and ship the part. You don’t deal with them. We do.

How long are the manufacturer warranties on doors and openers?
Terms vary by product. Most residential insulated steel doors carry 10-year to lifetime warranties on the panel and finish. LiftMaster openers typically carry 5-year motor and 1-year accessory warranties, with longer terms on Elite-series models. We give you the exact written manufacturer warranty document at install.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Do extended warranties exist on garage doors and openers?
Yes, on many products. Several of the manufacturers we carry offer extended-coverage upgrades at install time - we’ll quote the option on the consultation when it makes financial sense for the product you’re choosing.
Is the warranty transferable to a new owner if I sell the home?
Manufacturer warranties are often transferable; our labor warranty is tied to the original install address and is not transferable on sale. Manufacturer terms govern - we’ll show you the exact language.
