A gate opener is what turns a manual gate into an automatic gate system you never have to get out of the car for. We install, repair, and retrofit automatic gate openers for every kind of property - a homeowner with a long driveway, a ranch with a stock gate at the road, an HOA running a gated community entrance, and property managers at business parks and industrial yards. The same C-61/D-28 license covers all of it.

Gate opener repair and retrofit on most existing gates
Cellular access, keypads, and intercom integration
UL325 photo eyes and sensing edges serviced and installed
Residential gate openers - homes and ranches
Single-family driveways, ranch entrances, and rural properties. Slide gate openers for level driveways with side room, swing gate openers for shorter driveways and decorative gates. Battery backup, solar options for off-grid gates, and cellular keypads so guests and deliveries can buzz in without you walking down to the gate. If you already have a gate, we can usually add an opener to it.
Gated communities and multi-family
HOA and multi-family entrance gates with vehicle loops, intercom and directory integration, cellular access controllers, and resident-friendly remote and app access. We retrofit aging community gate operators that have become a service liability and replace them with current-generation gate automation sized for the actual cycle count.
Commercial and industrial gate openers
Business parks, fleet yards, storage facilities, food-processing and agricultural facilities, and municipal sites. Heavy-duty slide and barrier gate operators, integrated with card readers, license-plate cameras, and access-control systems.
What we install and repair
We install all major manufacturers as well as LiftMaster slide and swing gate openers, vehicle loops, photo eyes, safety edges, keypads, card readers, intercoms, and cellular gate access controllers. We also retrofit existing manual gates into an automatic gate system and replace failed openers on existing gates.
UL 325 safety - not optional
Automatic gates are required by UL 325 to include redundant entrapment-protection devices. We install per code with photo eyes, edges, and properly programmed obstacle reverse - not as an upsell, as the law.
Brands we work with
We install and service every major manufacturer in this category, including LiftMaster and R&S Manufacturing. If your existing gate motor is from a brand we haven't worked with, give us a call. There's a strong chance we can still service it.
Frequently asked questions
Can you repair my existing gate opener?+
Most likely yes. We handle gate opener repair on the major brands - worn gear reducers, control boards, and limit switches - and can usually get an aging automatic gate opener back online without replacing the whole system.
What's the difference between a gate opener and a gate operator?+
Same thing. 'Gate opener' is what most people call it; 'gate operator' is the industry term for the motor and control unit that runs the gate. We install and service both residential and commercial automatic gate openers.
Do you install LiftMaster gate openers?+
Yes. LiftMaster is our go-to for residential and light-commercial gate automation - strong parts availability and reliability.
Do new automatic gates require photo eyes or sensing edges?+
We install photo eyes or sensing edges with new gate openers.
