Sanitizing Properly
Each of our technicians washes their hands for 20 seconds in warm water at every opportunity.
When washing hands is not possible, they use hand sanitizer which they carry at all times.
CA Overhead Door employees will also disinfect any devices and surfaces in your home or garage that they touch.
They also strive to be as “hands off” as possible with any and all surfaces in and around your home that they do not need to touch.
Protective Equipment And Social Distancing
We value our employee’s safety as well as yours.
Each technician will be supplied with disposable masks and gloves when they visit your residence.
We believe that wearing the right equipment can be the extra defense against this virus.
Your family is welcome to stay in your home, or leave your residence if that makes you more comfortable. Our only request is that you also adhere to social distancing guidelines so all interactions can be conducted safely.

To help us keep our no-contact policy, you can feel free to chat about your needs with our Overhead Door professionals on the phone.
This way you may not even need to see your technician when they arrive for your install.
Twenty Four hours before coming to your home we will be calling you to ask if anyone has had any fever or cold symptoms in your household.
And likewise, we will ensure that our technicians stay home if they have any symptoms.
